Responsibilities:
• Administration support of Diasoft 5NT, Bifit
• Client support
• Diasoft Reporting( maintenance and development)

Requirements:

• Banking experience with Diasoft 5NT
• Knowledge of  MS SQL Server, Transact SQL, network technologies and cryptoprotection
• Basic knowledge of special banking accountancy
• English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide the performance of continuous monitoring of the banking transactions and operational risks, the current analysis of the financial state of the bank.

• Evaluate over all on- and off-balance sheet activities of a bank and consolidated banking organization system on sampling basis.

• Perform follow-up control in respect of completed accounting transactions, in particular cash transactions. All the accounting transactions completed over the preceding day shall be fully verified during the next working day on the basis of source documents, entries in personal accounts and in other bookkeeping records.
• Investigate the facts of the breach by the employees of  the law demands, regulatory acts and the standards of professional activities, the in-house documents regulating the banking activity.
• Elaborate the recommendations and directions for the elimination of the wrongdoing discovered.
• Perform control over the implementation of the recommendations and directions for the elimination of wrongdoing.
• Make sure each checkup fact is completely documented, do the paperwork by drawing the reports according to the results of checkups reflecting all the issued studied in the course of a checkup, the drawbacks and wrongdoing discovered, the recommendations for the elimination thereof as well as for the application of disciplinary and other measures to the persons whose fault it is.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

•   University Degree in Finance, Economics;
•   Language skills: English oral and written skills on the  level of  Upper intermediate or higher;
•   One or two years of relevant working experience;
•   Computer literacy Excel, Access, MS Office, Diasoft 5NT is desirable;
•   The creative thinking and desire of independent work are welcomed.
